The "Reel Action" is a 1984 Jersey Yacht, refitted in 1999 and re-powered in 2004.  Custom 40 foot Jersey sportfisher that cruises at 26 knots which is well-equipped for the needs and comforts of today's sportfisherman.  Reel Action provides heat/air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, TV/DVD, stereo, ice maker, fresh water and plenty of seating and a nice size cockpit with plenty of room to fight fish!

Come out and fish with "Reel Action", one of the finest and friendliest crews in Virginia Beach, Virginia.  Located at Fisherman's Wharf Marina dock no. B42 near Rudee Inlet on 5th street at the Oceanfront.

Owner/operator licensed USCG Captain Jake Delcambre has over 23 years experience fishing local waters (VA). Capt. Jake will take you where the fish are for all major species including yellowfin tuna, bluefin tuna, wahoo, mahi-mahi, giant sharks, cobia, stripers, bluefish, king mackerel and many other species. Enjoy a day or more of charter fishing in beautiful Virginia Beach. Jake promotes and encourages angler participation and he will insure that your fishing trip will be an enjoyable one.

We offer a variety of fishing trips to suit your time frame from half day to full day plus overnight trips. Capt. Jake specializes in offshore live bait and chunking trips for large tuna and mako sharks. Our offshore trips can be customized to meet the needs of the truly hardcore offshore angler, meaning for a small additional fee we will leave the dock at midnight and return that evening around 9:00 p.m.

We fish for yellowfin tuna, bluefin tuna, wahoo, mahi-mahi, giant sharks, cobia, stripers, king mackerel, and many more species as well! If you have a preference let us know. No fishing request will be ignored.  We always catch fish.  Live Bait Fishing, Trolling, Wreck Fishing, Shark Fishing, Bottom Fishing, we do it all!

Our Charter Boat fishes year-round. We also participate in many of the East Coast Tournaments. Please inquire for Dates and Availability.
